The Lone Star Rodeo returns Jan. 23-24 for two nights of the professional rodeo events you know and love!

The event is sponsored by Cheerwine. Friday night is presented by Hetrick Farms and Saturday night is presented by Pohanka Ford of Salisbury.

Competition events include:

Hilarious rodeo clown Mark Weber will entertain the audience between competition events.

Kids ages 10 & under can participate in the gold rush and best dressed cowboy & cowgirl contests.

Doors open at 6 p.m., kid's events begin at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.

Purchase VIP tickets for the ultimate fan experience, which includes reserved lower level seating, early entry beginning at 5:30 p.m., a meet and greet with cowboys and cowgirls, photo opportunities, boot mugs with discounted pours of beer or soda, 10% off coupon for rodeo merch, and crowd-free souvenirs and concessions shopping.

Tickets are $30 for VIP, $20 for general admission adult and $15 for general admission children (ages 2-12). Fees apply. Children under 2 are free but must sit in a lap and have a lap ticket.

Active and retired military receive $5 off tickets with ID. Tickets must be purchased in person or by contacting the box office directly at 410-548-4911.
