Wicomico Youth & Civic Center provide three convenient options for purchasing tickets.
Additional taxes/facility fees may apply.
You can purchase tickets through our online ticketing system Tix.com (an online ticket surcharge may apply). Customers can select an e-ticket or a hard ticket, which will be mailed to the purchaser. Hard tickets purchased five days or fewer before a show will be held under the purchaser's name at Will Call. A valid ID may be required for Will Call pickup.

You can visit the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center Box Office in person located at 500 Glen Avenue in Salisbury, Maryland. Call the Box Office to confirm hours on holidays or to see if extended hours will be offered the day of an event.
Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash are acceptable forms of payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
There is an eight (8) ticket maximum per person. There are NO refunds and NO exchanges on purchased tickets.
Patrons cannot leave and re-enter the building once their ticket has been scanned.
Additional taxes/fees may apply to ticket prices. Fees are payable to the ticketing company and credit card companies. Additionally, in order to maintain the Civic Center's position within a competitive marketplace, the building must undergo wide-ranging renovations. Funding initiatives approved by the State of Maryland and the Wicomico County Council include a 5% fee, or Capital Restoration Fee, assessed to the cost of each ticket.

When purchasing tickets for an event at the Wicomico Civic Center, additional fees may be added to the ticket price. These fees assist in offsetting the cost of the venue's ticket provider (Tix.com) and credit card processing. In addition, a 5% Capital Restoration Fee was approved by the State of Maryland and the Wicomico County Council in 2008 with the purpose of preserving the longevity of the Wicomico Civic Center.
Preservation of the venue is funded by:
A 5% admission fee on entertainment event ticket sales at the Civic Center.
A 5% rental fee on non-admission events held at the Civic Center.
A 1% hotel room tax.
An annual County budget appropriation.
Funds generated are placed in an interest-bearing and capital escrow account. Funds are used to maintain and improve the venue and replace dated equipment. Improving the Wicomico Civic Center is an investment in our community's future. This commitment enables the venue to remain competitive in the marketplace and increase its marketability to event organizers. The ability to attract and retain events increases the quality of entertainment, infuses new dollars into the economy and reduces the tax appropriation required to balance the Civic Center's annual operating budget.
Tickets to all shows are available exclusively through the Wicomico Civic Center Box Office or online on our Schedule of Events page, which is hosted through Tix.
Buying from ticket brokers or the secondary market does not give you a better seat or a better deal. If you purchase through a ticket broker or the secondary market and there is a problem with your order, such as counterfeit tickets or failure to deliver tickets, the Wicomico Civic Center will not able to help. Additionally, if the show time changes or the event is canceled, the Wicomico Civic Center will not be able to notify you or issue you a refund.
