Children's Tickets

For the majority of shows, children of all ages are required to purchase tickets to concerts and family shows. This rule exists to comply with fire code regulations and to ensure the comfort of all patrons. Some shows make a lap ticket available for children under a certain age who do not require their own seat. Check with the Box Office at 410-548-4911.

Lost Tickets

Contact the Box Office for assistance with lost tickets.

Ticket Fees and Restoration Plan

Fees apply to all tickets sold through the WY&CC Box Office and assist in offsetting the cost of the venue's ticket provider (Tix.com) and credit card processing. In addition, the Wicomico County Council created a 5 percent restoration fee in 2008 with the purpose of preserving the longevity of the WY&CC.

Ticket Limit

Patrons may purchase a maximum of eight tickets to each show at the Box Office, online or by phone. A promoter may make group tickets available.

Ticket Refunds/Exchanges

The WY&CC will not issue exchanges or refunds on tickets purchased at the Box Office, online or over the phone. In the case of a show cancellation or postponement, contact the Box Office for more information.

Ticket Use

All tickets purchased are for personal use and cannot be resold. The WY&CC reserves the right to cancel and refund any ticket orders placed inappropriately.

Will Call

Tickets purchased online five days or fewer before a show may be held at Will Call until the night of the show. The person who placed the order must present photo identification at pick-up.
