Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about the Wicomico Civic Center.
How do I purchase ADA accessible seating?
For many shows, ADA seating is reflected in the ticketing options or floor plan. ADA seats are reserved on the ground floor for most ticketed events where applicable. Locations will vary slightly according to the event floor plans. Please contact the Box Office with any questions at 410-548-4911.
Are shows ever canceled due to bad/inclement weather?
In the case of inclement weather, a decision to go forth with the show or cancel will be at the discretion of the event promoter renting the venue. It is not a decision that can be made by the WY&CC. If a promoter does opt to cancel the event, refunds will be offered if tickets were sold through the venue Box Office.
The show I purchased tickets for has been canceled. What do I do now?
In the rare case of a show cancellation or postponement, the box office will refund tickets. Please note that convenience and mailing fees are not refundable as those expenses have already been incurred. Please contact the WY&CC Box Office for more information at 410-548-4911. For events in which the box office was not responsible for selling tickets, the decision to refund, reschedule, etc. is at the discretion of the event organizer.
Do infants and toddlers have to purchase tickets to concerts and family shows?
For the majority of shows, children of all ages are required to purchase tickets to concerts and family shows. This rule is in existence because of fire code regulations and to ensure the comfort of all patrons. Certain shows do make a "lap ticket" available for children under a certain age who do not require their own seat. Please check with the box office at 410-548-4911 for availability when purchasing tickets to a specific show.
How can I purchase tickets to a Civic Center event?
Once tickets are on sale, they can be purchased from the WY&CC box office, which is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Tickets may also be charged by phone at 410-548-4911 or purchased online. All tickets purchased are for personal use and cannot be resold. The venue reserves the right to cancel any order deemed in conflict of this policy. All tickets will be held under the purchaser’s name, and a photo ID is required for pickup. Please save your order number in case you have any questions about your purchase.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can purchase?
Typically, there is an eight ticket per person limit. This may change occasionally per the promoter’s request. In many cases, group tickets are available.
Is your website secure for online purchases?

How can I learn about upcoming shows before the general public?
