Why participate?

Earn money!

The organization will receive an hourly donation of $10 per hour per volunteer.

The organization will receive a one-time per year donation of $100 after a minimum of five volunteers have successfully completed required training sessions.

Promote your organization!

Volunteers may wear their own matching organization T-shirts.

Who is eligible?

Nonprofit organizations with a 501(c)(3) status. A copy of the organization's 501(c)(3) IRS determination letter must be submitted with application.

What are the duties?

Event staff (security and ushers) and food service (servers, cashiers and line cooks).

Team sizes vary by event. The Civic Center will determine the minimum staffing level for each event.

Volunteers are required to attend training. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.

When?

Organizations will be contacted when slots are available.

The Civic Center will provide information regarding the date of the event, number of volunteers required and reporting time.
