In the case of inclement weather, a decision to go forth with the show or cancel will be at the discretion of the event promoter renting the venue. It is not a decision that can be made by the WY&CC. If a promoter does opt to cancel the event, refunds will be offered if tickets were sold through the venue box office.

I wanted to tell you the Civic Center staff was exceptional. They were kind, attentive to our needs and went over and beyond the call of duty to help us on every request. We got exceptional praise from everybody and I am sure we will do it there again!
