The inaugural Hidden Treasures Half Marathon & 5K presented by Gateway Subaru will take place on Sunday, September 12, 2010. The marathon, open to runners locally and from the surrounding region of all skill levels, will start and end at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center.

"I felt the need to let you know how much the Sheriff's office appreciates the support you have provided to our need for meeting space. The opportunity to use the facilities of the Civic Center for applicant testing, 'Refuse to be a Victim' programs and the Leadership Challenge made each of these endeavors productive. The Leadership Challenge held in the Danang was very successful and recieved compliments from attendees who came from across the state" Doris Schonbrunner
